Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
- Some of the advertisements you see on the Site are selected and delivered by third parties, such as ad networks, advertising agencies, advertisers, and audience segment providers. These third parties may collect information about you and your online activities, either on the Site or on other websites, through cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in an effort to understand your interests and deliver to you advertisements that are tailored to your interests. Please remember that we do not have access to, or control over, the information these third parties may collect. The information practices of these third parties are not covered by this privacy policy. Kindly remove any other statements that contradicts with the above statements.
Terms & Conditions
- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
- Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currencies)
Delivery/Shipment Policy
- Weplay.ae will NOT deal or provide any service to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
- Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
General Policies
- We Play Arcade LLC (We Play™) with commercial registration number 1102551, is selling admission into We Play™ to you and/or your dependents on the following terms and conditions. You understand, acknowledge and are aware that your decision to visit We Play™ and avail of its facilities, premises, services, and playground (or make a dependent avail of its facilities, premises, services and playground) is entirely voluntary. By agreeing to purchase the tickets, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- You understand, acknowledge and are aware that the use of the playground or the premises of We Play™ entails risks and hazards which may or may not be entirely visible and may lead to injury – and that you take full responsibility for your own and your dependents’ safety while visiting We Play™.
- You understand and acknowledge that all playground areas are accessible to children of all ages, however, the Toddlers area located in dedicated zone, is especially curated for kids aged 36 months and below, offering a safe environment for our littlest guests.
- You understand, acknowledge and are aware that children must be supervised by you at all times while inside the premises. Further, you understand, acknowledge and are aware that it is not the staff’s responsibility to look after you or your dependents’ safety while visiting We Play™ – and that you will not hold We Play Arcade LLC, its employees, directors, designers, agents, third party service providers, accountable in the event of any incidents.
- Signing the waiver form (available at https://weplay.ae/w) is mandatory for every parent or guardian before their child enters WE PLAY.
- You understand, acknowledge and are aware of the safety guidelines communicated to you by the staff at the time of your entry into We Play™ and at the time of your entry into specific zones within We Play™. You have taken the time to explain these guidelines to your dependents and agree to adhere to these guidelines on your own and on the behalf of your dependents while visiting We Play™.
- Food and drinks are NOT allowed to be consumed outside the café within We Play™. You assume the liability for any damage caused to the equipment or facilities in case you or your dependent fail to adhere to this rule.
- You understand, acknowledge and are aware that you or your dependents’ misuse of the playground or the premises may lead to an injury to you, your dependents or to other guests visiting We Play™. Such circumstances will result in full liability being assumed by the participant, your dependents and you.
- You understand and acknowledge that you assume liability for any theft or damage of We Play™ property caused by you or your dependants.
- You declare and warrant that neither you nor your dependents have any physical or medical conditions that may lead to an injury by visiting We Play™. You are fully responsible for all medical costs associated with treating any injury sustained while visiting We Play™.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, you hereby agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless We Play Arcade LLC, its employees, directors, designers, installers, organizers, facilitators, owners from any claims, suits, liabilities, judgments, costs and expenses for any property damage, loss or theft, personal injury or illness, death, or other loss arising from visiting We Play™.
- You understand, acknowledge and are aware that We Play Arcade LLC may take photos or video footage of you or your dependents while visiting We Play™, and that such photos or footage maybe used for use in advertising or promotional materials – including the publication on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc). You hereby give We Play Arcade LLC the unfettered right to use all such photos or video footage in such manner.
- We Play Arcade LLC may also operate closed circuit television cameras on-site which may be recording footage of you, your dependents, or other minors in your care while using our facilities. You consent to our use of all such footage in the manner described above and agree that the purpose for using such photos and/or video footage is for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes only and is not intended to insult, defame or slander any person. You acknowledge and agree that your consent and agreement to the above is given for yourself as well as on behalf any dependants or other minors in your care while using our facilities. You also agree not to take photos for Commercial use without our consent.
- Tickets once sold cannot be cancelled, assigned, or refunded. In exceptional situations, the We Play Arcade LLC management may allow for a booking to be moved to a different available time slot at their sole discretion.
- The tickets purchased must be used by the purchaser and cannot be resold to third parties.
- We Play™ reserves the right to decline admission to anyone holding tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers.
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant laws within the UAE. If any of these conditions should be determined to be void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, such conditions shall be deemed deleted and the remaining conditions shall remain and continue to be valid, binding and enforceable.
Refund & Cancellation Policy for Birthday Parties
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any cancellations of party packages under any circumstances. When you book a party with us, we allocate resources, staff, and possibly decline other bookings to accommodate your event. Thus, we are unable to refund any amounts paid towards a booked party package once confirmed.
Rescheduling Your Party
We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate a rescheduling of your event, subject to the following conditions:
- Notification: You must inform us of your need to reschedule at least 3 days prior to the original party date. This allows us sufficient time to make adjustments and offer your original time slot to other customers.
- Availability: Rescheduling is subject to the availability of your desired new date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but we cannot guarantee that your new preferred date or time will be available.
- Package Price Difference: If there is a price difference in the party package due to changes in your new booking (e.g., upgrades to a larger package), the difference in cost will need to be paid by you. Similarly, if the new package is less expensive, please be aware that we will not refund the difference.
- One-Time Rescheduling: Each booking is allowed one rescheduling opportunity. Further changes or additional rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.
Party Policies and Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please adhere to the following policies:
- Food and Drinks: Bringing outside food or drinks into the venue is strictly prohibited to ensure health and safety standards.
- Minimum Booking Requirement: Each party room must be booked with a minimum of 10 children. If fewer than 10 children attend, you will still be required to pay for the minimum of 10 children.
- Photographers/Videographers: No outside photographers or videographers are allowed. This is to ensure the privacy and security of all guests.
- Attendance: We operate on a 1 Child - 1 Parent ratio to maintain a safe and manageable environment.
- Decorations: No outside decorations, including balloons, are permitted. Our themed decorations are designed to enhance your party experience.
- Cost Coverage: Please note that party packages do not cover the birthday celebrant's cost. The celebrant is also charged.
- Seating: While we cannot guarantee seating in the café area, we will make every effort to reserve some seating for your party.
- Party Rooms: Party rooms are reserved specifically during the meal serving time, which occurs in the last 30 minutes of the party.
- Pinatas: For safety and space considerations, pinatas are not allowed within our facility.
- Dress Code: Adults must wear socks at all times in the play area to maintain cleanliness and safety.
